Service Technician for Fire Safety Systems

Responsibilities

In the role of service technician with us, you will work in a self-directed role where you control your own day with great freedom under responsibility. You will work with the following:

• Service, maintenance, and inspection of our contracted facilities.
• Troubleshooting, expansions, and renovations.
• Upgrades of software and program versions.

Who are you?

• Education at the high school level/YH, preferably in electrical-telecommunications or IT/technology.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, low current, installation, and IT/networking.
• Speaks Swedish and English and has a B driver's license.
• Great interest in learning new technology and working with the latest techniques. (With us, technological development is rapid and directed towards IT).
• Experience in electrical/installation/service or from security technology solutions is an advantage.

• To be employed by us, Swedish citizenship, a successful background check, and reference checks are required. A prerequisite for being employed by us is that you are approved by the County Administrative Board.
• The position is placed in a security class with our customers, which requires you as a candidate to undergo a security review according to Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). The security review consists of a basic investigation, a security interview, and a background check with the Security Police. A successful security review is a prerequisite for the position.
